Recently a couple of different friends recommended that I try Mission Brewery (San Diego, CA). I was at my local yuppie grocery store and saw their Shipwrecked Double IPA 4-pack in the cooler and I couldn't resist. This one comes with a very nice hop aroma straight out of the bottle. It pours a nice light amber color. It's not overly malty, but balances well with the 75 IBU's. Hop flavor is a bit resiny. Definitely a beer that I would try again and I really look forward to trying their other offerings like their Hefeweizen and Imperial Red IPA.
